Cuervo Jones was a Peruvian terrorist and member of the Shining Path who led the Mescalito Justice gang on Los Angeles Island. He plans to use the President's daughter Utopia to steal the black box that controls the Sword of Damocles satellites armed with EMP to permanently blackout any part of the Earth they are targeted. Which will be the leverage for the Shining Path to unite all the Latin American countries to declare full scale war against the United States of America.
