"Pipeline" He is a surfer who befriends S.D. "Snake" Plissken. It is never revealed whether he is a criminal who was sent to Los Angeles Island or one of residents who was stranded after the massive earthquake hit Los Angeles. He points Snake in the direction of Hershe Las Palmas and her gang the Saigon Shadows. He also teaches Snake how to surf a giant tsunami.
